La Palma is a city located in northern Orange County, California. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 15,408. It was originally incorporated as Dairyland but changed its name to the main street bisecting the town, La Palma Avenue, when the dairies moved in the 1960's. (More Info and Source)
